What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealer Relations Rep position at Summit Management Group, Inc?
Summit Management Group, a faith based organization, Milan, Tennessee, is looking for a road warrior that has a work history in sales and marketing. The right candidate, based out of West Tennessee, will be visiting our sales lots across the country building relationships with the dealers and customers. Must be computer savvy to maintain the website while on travel as well as prep for the daily business.

Responsibilities :
- Manage online sales website of used trailers with listings, pricing, photos, and locations.
- Communicate with customers throughout the trailer purchasing process and coordinate the pick-up of the trailers with their local dealers.
- Monthly / Quarterly visits to partner trailer dealerships across the US.
- Determine needs and areas for improvement through in-person collaboration with dealers on GPS tracking and used sales processes.
- Perform on-site physical inventory checks of used trailers at our partner dealerships.
- In-person inspections of used trailers for needed cleanouts, obvious repair issues, GPS device placement, license plate removal, and promotional signage.
- As needed on-site dealer training for processes related to contracts or GPS tracking device placement / application.
- Working with internal dealer sales specialists to achieve goals and complete tasks.
- Report directly to Department Manager
