We currently have an opening for an Inventory Support Specialist. This position is non-manufacturing and requires clerical and administrative experience. The candidate we're looking for will meet the criteria below:
Job description
· Understanding of Inventory and balancing data.
· Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
· Reviews entry of contracts in RTO after the settlements are complete.
· File completed documents in appropriate locations.
· Ensures all information is listed appropriately and correctly
· Reviews documents and provides detailed notes of any discrepancies found.
· Gathers data to create settlements.
· Will communicate directly with manufacturer and customers as needed.
· Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
· Communicating with Supervisors and Peers
· Analyzing Data and Information
· Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
· Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
· Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
· Enter information into databases or software programs.
· Operate office equipment.
· Maintains database by entering new and updated customer account information.
· Data Entry
· Familiar with processing business-related contracts.
Additional information:
· Prior office experience.
· Familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
· Proficient in computer use, with a strong working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures.
· Strong prioritization, multitasking, and stress management skills.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively, and listen attentively.
· Must possess better than average typing skills;
· Attention to detail is key to the success of this position
· This position is subject to overtime when necessary;
· This position is part of the on-call rotation
