**Legal Admin Responsibilities**
- Communicate with the attorney's office via email and phone.
- Assist with legal invoicing.
- Submit new legal files along with the required documentation to the attorney's office.
- Obtain regular updates on the status of legal accounts through the attorney's office and their company-provided account portal.
- Monitor and update accounts with payment arrangements.
- Make decisions regarding the legal direction of accounts, following the advice of the attorney's office.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to avoid legal proceedings whenever possible.
- Collaborate with recovery specialists to ensure the prompt recovery of legal accounts.
- Travel for court appearances as needed.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Prior office experience.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in computer use, with a strong working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and stress management skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively, and listen attentively.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
