Summit Management Group, a faith-based organization, has an opening for a Registration Specialist (Non-Medical). We are located in the heart of West Tennessee and are looking for career minded individuals who are looking for a place to plant themselves and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with municipal facilities to ensure prompt recording of documents.
- Communicating with dealerships to ensure the proper procedure of needed documents is followed.
- Submitting check requests to our accounting department in a timely and organized manner.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work.
- Tracking, Documenting and recording information
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails for customer service and tracking needs.
- Provide customers with information that can assist them in finding solutions.
- Manage and validate tracking of title and registration documents.
- Work with internal departments within Summit.
- Maintain and pay toll bills for customers and charge back to the account.
- Document and Track personal property taxes for appropriate states
- Research regulations, fees and procedures to title and register trailers in appropriate states or counties.
Experience
- Prior office experience.
- Prior registration experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, organized, high self-work standards, and professional.
- Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, communicate effectively (orally and written), and listen effectively.
- Must be able to troubleshoot to find solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
