Job Title: RV Park Maintenance
Location: Black Rabbit RV Park & Storage in Hamilton, MT
Status: Seasonal position that requires full-time May-August and part-time the remaining 8 months. This position will require that you live on site with one half of the rent paid. During the summer months you must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reports To: Park Manager
Job Duties (Including, but not limited to):
- General watch over the park
- Grounds Maintenance
- Facility Upkeep
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Safety and Compliance
- Seasonal Preparations
- Customer Support
- Inventory and Equipment Maintenance
- Emergency Response
- Other duties ass assigned and needed
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, repair work, or related fields (such as plumbing, electrical, or carpentry)
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment (lawn mowers, pressure washers, power tools, etc)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with park guests and management.
- Knowledge of RV systems preferred but not required.
- Must be able to perform physical labor including bending, lifting and climbing ladders.
