What You'll Do :
As a Night Auditor , you'll wear two hats and play a pivotal role in our team. This is a dual position with two days dedicated to Night Audit and two to three days on the Evening Shift, giving you a mix of quiet nights and lively evenings!
Night Auditor Duties (2-3 nights per week) :
Balance the books and ensure the accuracy of daily transactions.
Assist with guest needs during the night shift, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
Prepare reports for management to keep the team informed.
Evening Shift Duties (2-3 nights per week) :
Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and local recommendations.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and provide outstanding customer service.
