Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with parts manager to acquire needed parts.
- Communicate effectively with any discrepancies.
- Good understanding of and following processes to accomplish tasks.
- Manage time for all required tasks by deadlines.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
- Work with suppliers and shippers to work through identified mistakes.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Basic math and recording abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Time management skills.
- Identify priorities and act accordingly.
- High school diploma.
- Proven driving skills and an acceptable driving record are required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Basic computer skills, data entry and filing.
