Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment Management: Oversee the day-to-day fulfillment of marketing services, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Online Listings & Review Management: Create, update, and maintain business listings across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). Respond to both positive and negative customer reviews and execute effective review-generation strategies.
- Social Media & Email Campaigns: Collaborate with our graphic design team to develop social media strategies, schedule and manage posts, and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
- AI Automation & Workflows: Set up and maintain custom workflows for AI-powered automation, helping businesses streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Use strong computer skills to identify issues and implement solutions, ensuring smooth operations across all marketing platforms.
- Data Accuracy & Entry: Perform frequent data checks and ensure all records, listings, and campaigns maintain consistent, accurate information.
- Product Development & Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying new product offerings, refining processes, and creating procedures that help the marketing program run smoothly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, design, and leadership—to align goals and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy, including the ability to troubleshoot common software issues and learn new platforms quickly.
- Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience writing or editing content for websites, blogs, social media, or other marketing channels is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and quality control.
- Strong organizational skills, including documentation, file management, and process tracking
- A collaborative team player, able to work effectively across departments (e.g., sales, design, leadership).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and learn from feedback.
- Customer service mindset, ensuring that both external client needs and internal team requirements are met.
- Eager to learn emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
