At Summit Medical Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our site. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional who can lead project and process improvement activities while maintaining adherence to all PCMH standards of care.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and practice management experience, with excellent interpersonal skills to build a cohesive, high-performance team. They will supervise business office, reception, file room, clerical staff, and clinical staff, participating in charge entry, appointment scheduling, patient flow, medical records, and other office functions.
We're looking for a leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, has a steadfast patient-oriented focus, and is able to build trust through active listening and collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for Group Management Scheduling, Patient Registration, and Charge Entry, as well as acting as Compliance Representative and ensuring adherence to all requirements of the Corporate Compliance Program.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Health or Business Administration preferred. Two years of office management experience, including one year in a healthcare organization, is required.
In addition to their technical skills, the candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and organization.
