We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Management Registered Nurse to fill a travel nursing position in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Job Summary
- Job Type: Travel Nursing
- Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Duration: 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver case management services to patients with complex medical needs, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to facilitate seamless patient transitions and optimize care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Compensation Details
$72.00 per hour OT rate.
