Job Details
- Job Type: Travel Nursing
- Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Provide case management services to patients with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Monitor patient outcomes and make adjustments as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Compensation and Benefits
$72.00 per hour OT rate
