Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated travel nurse RN to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a top-rated hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a PICU setting and be able to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and lab results
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Arkansas
- At least two years of experience working in a PICU or similar critical care setting
- PALS, BLS, ACLS certification
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule
