RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the mission, core values and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
Completes all hours of state-mandated continuing education each year.
Promotes and displays a spirit of teamwork in performing daily duties through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Connect with leads and obtain additional information on personal residential and care needs.
Assist residents with move-in paperwork.
Develop a detailed project plan that outlines scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Input and maintain customer data, including contact information, interactions, and transaction history.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communication and material reflect the company’s identity.
Log and track customer interactions, ensuring all relevant communication is recorded for future reference.
Implement and adhere to strategies developed to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Ensure consistent and accurate use of branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Execution of marketing campaigns and projects while following the established strategy.
Coordinate needs related to the logistics of new resident moves, including key transference, furniture move-in coordination, unit preparation, new resident orientation and welcoming, etc.
Encourages prospective residents and families to make wait list deposits.
Maintains long-term contact with prospects to encourage continued familiarity.
Meets established goals regarding contacts and tours to achieve desired sales goals.
Cultivate leads with current residents through positive interaction and interest in activities and concerns.
Follow-up with resident referrals as identified.
Communicate rate increases to the residents.
Assists in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups.
Presents and demonstrates the community's value and benefits for its residents as appropriate to stimulate interest and sales.
Understand the needs of potential residents to highlight community features that will satisfy them.
Participate in hosting community events.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to identify and maintain key relationships with community and professional sources.
Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of sales experience is required; leasing, hospitality, and senior living sales support experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
Problem solver and excellent communicator.
Proven success with organization, independent time management, and attention to detail.
Must have a strong understanding of the English language, sufficient to speak, read and write.
