Title : Sous Chef
Shift : Full time- no late night hours required
Job Summary :
Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
Prepare fresh, nutritious, appealing, and delicious meals
- Work with the Director of Culinary on planning and executing menus
- Prepare dishes following the pre-establish menus and recipes
- Alter ingredients to serve better the tastes and dietary needs of our residents and guests
- Take the lead in certain areas, such as the cookline, cleanliness and sanitation and supervise the
entire operation in the absence of the director of culinary
maintenance, sanitization, and proper refrigeration
