We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Urgent Care Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The PA will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting, managing a wide range of acute medical conditions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to make independent decisions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute illnesses and injuries, including infections, fractures, sprains, and minor lacerations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending follow-up care.
- Perform minor procedures, such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and incision and drainage.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all relevant medical laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Salary : $137,500 - $145,000
