The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals of all ages. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, promoting preventive healthcare, and coordinating patient care with specialists when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, including chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribing medications as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Address urgent and same-day medical concerns as needed.
- Stay up to date with medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices.
