WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Hospitality Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our concessions operations for Summit Point Motorsports Park. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of concessions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position will report to the Director of Motorsports.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of concessions, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Monitoring sales, controlling costs, preparing vendor orders, and ensuring profitability. This includes tracking inventory and controlling waste.
- Managing the proper storage of all items, following FIFO practices, whether perishable or non-perishable, ensuring that food is stored according to health and safety standards.
- Designing and developing menus that align with our customers’ needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service and addressing any complaints or issues that arise.
- Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed, along with any other health and safety standards required within West Virginia.
- Communicating about equipment status and need for potential work orders.
