WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Facility Escort will greet visitors and vendors and escort them to the appropriate location with the facility Monday through Thursday 7AM – 3:30PM
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Drives a company supplied vehicle to escort visitors and vendors through the facility to the appropriate location in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform tasks involving the safe driving of vehicles.
- Must be able to deliver packages / items from the logistics warehouse to locations on the facility.
- Complete the daily facility escort log.
- Move and deliver vendor items from one location to another on the facility, i.e., Cases of sodas, paper towel, water etc.
- Transport and deliver various items up and down several flights of stairs in support of Shenandoah Suites events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
- On-site position
- This is a non-exempt position.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex facility layouts and locations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employees, and other visitors.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and emergency procedures while escorting individuals within the facility.
- Familiarity with radio communication systems.
