LANDSCAPER/GROUND MAINTENANCE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Landscaper and Grounds Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our facility maintenance team in the maintenance and beautification around our 700-acre facility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.

· Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs.

· Sweep, rake, and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas.

· Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.

· Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety protocols and regulations.

· Assist in the construction of landscape features, such as retaining walls, pathways, and flower beds.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of landscaping storage areas and equipment.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

· Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Required:

· Must have experience weed eating and mowing grass.

· Must be 18 years of age.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

· Work 8 – 10-hour shifts Monday – Friday.

· 30 hours per week.

Working Additions:

· Work may involve bending, stooping, lifting heavy objects, and operating machinery in outdoor environments.

· Exposure to sun, heat, rain, and other outdoor elements is to be expected.
