WHAT YOU’LL DO
Summit Point Training Facility is seeking a motivated Entry-Level System Administrator Intern to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Smartsheet’s platform. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a technology-driven individual to gain hands-on experience in workflow automation, data management, and process improvement using Smartsheet’s.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist in administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Smartsheet’s for various departments.
- Support the configuration of dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and optimize Smartsheet’s functionality.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Develop and update documentation and training materials for Smartsheet’s users.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide user training and support, ensuring employees can effectively utilize Smartsheet’s.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based software platforms and database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, project management tools, or Smartsheet’s is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and organize data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background Check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
