The Summit Pointe nursing department is comprised of a comprehensive team to support new and current tenants. The RN Case Manager role supports tenants and works with their support team to assist in meeting their health care needs .The Director of Nursing provides oversight for this position and takes the lead role with all employee needs allowing this position to focus on tenant satisfaction .
The Case Manager role is an hourly position with typical day hours being Monday-Friday. No on-call requirements but available as desired for additional pay.
