The Summit Pointe nursing department is comprised of a comprehensive team to support new and current tenants. The RN Case Manager role supports tenants and works with their support team to assist in meeting their health care needs .
The Case Manager role is an hourly position with typical hours being Monday-Friday. No on-call required but available as desired for additional pay.
