The Summit Pointe nursing department is comprised of a comprehensive team to support new and current tenants and employees. The RN Case Manager role supports tenant6s and works with their support team to assist in meeting their health care needs .
The Case Manager role is an hourly position with typical hours being Monday-Friday. No on-call required but available as desired for additional pay.
