Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Assist with administrative tasks, manage resident files, and process rent payments.
- Tenant Engagement: Plan and execute resident events, create monthly newsletters, and update digital communications.
- Leasing and Marketing: Manage waitlists, prospects, and turnovers; send marketing packets to prospects; and communicate with leasing prospects.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in property management, preferably with leasing and affordable housing experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with MRI or other real estate software (preferred).
