Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to resident inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate resident files, process rent payments, and manage service requests.
- Communications: Create monthly newsletters, update digital communications, and plan and execute resident events.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in property management, preferably with leasing and affordable housing experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with MRI or other real estate software (preferred).
