Job Description
">We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Dean of Expeditions. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing programs that provide students with real-world experiences, building relationships with community partners, and managing systems and processes to support student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Program Development: Design and implement programs that provide students with meaningful and relevant learning experiences.
- Community Partnerships: Develop and cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to create real-world experiences for students.
- System Management: Oversee the development and implementation of systems and processes to support student experiences, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and incident reporting.
- Faculty Support: Coach and support Expeditions teachers, staff, and contractors to ensure they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality experiences for students.
Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- Teaching Credential: Required
- Experience in Project Management and People Leadership: Strongly preferred
- Community Organizing and School Leadership Experience: Strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Platforms: Required
