Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse experience and be comfortable operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

Duties

• Process any incoming shipments which involves opening and counting all parts. After parts are counted, they will need to be routed to the correct departments.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store)
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Complete daily logs of inventory and report any discrepancies.
• Pull parts for MO's that need to go to our machine shop, sandblaster, etc.
• Assist in the training of new warehouse staff on proper procedures and equipment use.

Skills

• Must have prior warehouse experience
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in receiving tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
