What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate in Sparks - 2nd Shift Sun, Mon, Thurs and Friday position at Summit Racing Equipment?
Summit Racing Equipment in Sparks, NV is hiring. We have full-time job openings in our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC).
The shift for this position is Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday (4/10) 2nd shift from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. $18.10 per hour plus $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift = $20.10 per hour
Responsibilities will include:
- Pick/Pack 1 – Process customer’s orders by picking the specified product and quantity from the designated location and packing the order in the appropriate carton(s).
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have ability to read and understand English, and basic understanding of math
- Must be able to use technology (held-hand scanners and computers)
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve required performance standards
- Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and take direction
- Dependable, responsible, reliable, and mature with an excellent attendance record
- An exceptional listener who is well organized and has an eye for detail
- The position requires physical movements such as climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and 70 lbs. with assistance.
- Position requires extensive walking.
