What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Summit Real Estate Management?
Summit Real Estate is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician in Grants Pass for a garden style apartment community with 160 apartments.
General duties to include turnover maintenance, completion of work orders daily, trouble shooting appliances/mechanical/plumbing/electrical concerns, picking up grounds to maintain curb appeal and commons areas, fitness center, club house, laundry rooms and trash/recycling center. Preference to be given to candidate with prior experience. Maintenance does participate in rotation of after-hour emergency calls.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as a condition of employment. Position does not require you to live on-site, but preference given to candidates that can live on-site within 90-days. Discounted rent offered to on-site personnel.
