About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to manage systems, support agents, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, including managing schedules and daily team workflows.
- Maintain and manage a large database of client, to assist the team in client outreach and lead generation
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed systems, processes, and checklists.
- Assist agents with administrative tasks, transaction processes, and client communication.
- Coordinate all aspects of new listings, and marketing efforts (digital and print).
- Manage and optimize social media and marketing strategies to promote listings and team services.
- Communicate with clients, sellers, and off-site closing coordinators to ensure a seamless experience.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping a calm and supportive demeanor.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or office management (real estate experience is a plus).
- Experience with database management and upkeep.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing and social media best practices (preferred).
- Proficient in technology and software tools relevant to office operations and marketing.
- Reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks.
