With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and establish strong relationships throughout the region.
Position Overview :
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth strategy and establishing long-term relationships with customers, property managers, and owners in the metro area. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction industry, a track record of successful business development and a keen understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, homeowners, and other industry stakeholders.
- Lead proposal and bid processes, from initial engagement to project award.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create and implement business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Inside and outside sales activities to include networking, lead generation, trade shows, seminars, and business roundtables.
- Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to senior management
- Will require a planned and consistent cadence of face to face meetings, job walks, refining of target lists, and achievement of committee or leadership positions within the industry.
