About the Job
- We are seeking a board-certified General Otolaryngologist to join our thriving practice in Oak Ridge, TN, located 30 minutes from Knoxville.
- The ideal candidate will be part of a four-full-time doctor team, one NP, and five full-time audiologists, with a established referral pattern ensuring an immediate productive schedule.
- Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics or sleep medicine is a plus.
- Anticipated ER Call Coverage is 1:4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma.
- The specialist will handle adult and pediatric referrals.
- Ours is a comprehensive practice offering in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids.
- Our in-house Allergy Department provides SCIT and SLIT services.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, guaranteed for the first year.
- A productivity bonus is also available.
- Earning potential ranges from $400,000 to $800,000.
- Sign-on and relocation bonuses are offered.
- The opportunity to earn partnership within the first 12 months is available.
