- Join a 99-bed independent, community hospital in Sterling, IL, with an employed physician model. Currently, we employ around 60 physicians and 65 APPs across 35 medical specialties, with our Main Clinic and 12 satellite facilities serving the area. We are seeking a
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician who values a work-life balance within a welcoming community of approximately 26,000 residents.
- Emergency Department: 25-26K annual patient visits
- Staffing Model: 36 physician hours and 12 APP hours daily
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts per month with 60 hours of PTO
