- Full-time, permanent- Employed- Mon-Fri- No call, no weekends- Opportunity to see a lot of unique cases, with minimal specialist support, working in a low resource environment.

- Patient visits scheduled for 30 minutes. Averaging 16 patients/day at the clinic in Bethel.
- The position will require working with health aids in 50 rural villages in southwest Alaska, an area the size of Oregon! Four times a year, there is opportunity to travel into the villages to provide care.- Comprehensive healthcare system throughout 58 rural communities with a mission of Working Together to Achieve Excellent Health.
- Health Group serves 58 federally-recognized Tribes and operates 41 Village Clinics.
- Five larger communities are served by five Sub-Regional Clinics. All communities in the service area are served by a 55 bed regional hospital in Bethel.- Ability to supervise medical students, residents, physician extenders and community Health Aide clinical practice (if desired) Compensation is excellent, and we offer federal health insurance, and a significant sign on/retention bonus program.
