- Full time, permanent opening- $600,000 base salary (reviewed annually but not guaranteed increases annually); No RVUs and no Quality Bonus- 33 days of PTO- $6,000 5 days CME- $40,000 sign on bonus- $30,000 retention paid over 3 years ($10k at the end of year 1, 2 & 3)- Paid malpractice- CME- Relocation assistance- Strong pension plan- Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage About Mattoon:
