- Full-time, permanent- Outpatient Only- Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday- Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.- 72 patient per week via clinical encounters- Dax AI- Epic EMR- 9 county service area (625,000)- International airport in Medford Compensation Details
- Year 1 Base Salary = 285,900- Year 2 & beyond
