OB/GYN opportunity in Mattoon, Illinois - Located 3 hours from Chicago; 2 hours from St Louis; 1.5 hours from Springfield, MO - Service area of 50,000 people Position Details: - Full time, permanent opening- Medical center is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a busy and well-established Womens Health Clinic in the East Central Illinois area. - The clinic is located inside the hospital building, making visits to delivering mothers convenient. Averaging around 900 births a year, this is a very busy group and theyre looking for someone who is interested in helping with the workload.- This is an employed position with a progressive and financially secure Health System. Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary- Signing bonus- Paid malpractice- CME 5 days $6,000- Relocation assistance up to $15,000- Strong pension plan- Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage available at a discounted cost- 33 vacation days- 1:4 call schedule About Mattoon: Centrally located in Mattoon, Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
