OBGYN opening: Kinston, NC 30m South of Greenville Healthcare Center seeking board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join an established practice in Eastern North Carolina About the Job
- Full-time- Permanent- Join a growing practice with an experienced OB/GYN, skilled Certified Nurse Midwife, and Family Nurse Practitioner.- Womens Health center started in 2016.- Directing Physician received her medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed OB/GYN residency at Mt. Clemens General Hospital, Mt. Clemens 2002.- Average of 18 patients/day- Total of four OB/GYNs in community perform 400 deliveries per year.- Family Birth Center with 7 LDRPs and level two newborn nursery.- Full anesthesia support including epidural.- Six pediatricians on staff.- 1:4 call rotation.- Active practice sees 45 patients per day and performs 118 GYN surgeries per year. Good payer mix. (35% Blue Cross 8% other commercial and 44% Medicaidand 10% Medicare, 2% Government, 1% self pay) Services include:
