OBGYN opening - Havre, MT Located 100m to Great Falls Position Details - Full-time, permanent- 225 births per year- Practice breakdown is approximately 50% GYN-50% OB. However, new physician will be able to create the mix he/she desires- Physician will be able to do subspecialty cases; high risk OB, some reproductive endocrinology, some GYN oncology, and some urogynecology; with backup from subspecialists within a few hours- Guaranteed salary for the first two years with subsequent generous productivity-based compensation- Production is based on 50% gross billings; providers may move to productivity-based compensation model early depending on performance- 6 weeks sick/vacation PTO- $5,000 CME- Paid Malpractice- Health and Dental insurance- Life/Disability Insurance- Paid relocation Location - The word that best describes Havre is people.
