**Interventional Pulmonologist Opportunity in Bloomfield, CT**

- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- The Division of Thoracic Surgery and Interventional Pulmonology is seeking a highly skilled interventional pulmonologist to join our team of 5 thoracic surgeons, 1 interventional pulmonologist, and 5 physician assistants.
- We provide a wide range of interventional services, including advanced diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, robotic bronchoscopy, bronchoscopic lung volume reduction, and tracheostomy.
- Inpatient and outpatient work will include interventional pulmonology procedural and consultative services, as well as supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows in various settings at one or more of our affiliated nearby hospitals/clinics.
- Eight to twelve weeks of potential critical care and pulmonary time can be discussed as part of this position.
Academic Opportunities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue an academic position through the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine, with completed fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology.
