Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) - Urology Opening
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing urology practice in Litchfield Park, AZ. Located 20 miles from Phoenix, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in the hospital/in-patient setting.
Job Summary
- Perform complete evaluations on patients of all ages
- Order and interpret lab, x-ray, and special studies
- Establish a working diagnosis based on acquired data
- Develop a treatment plan for urological conditions in accordance with current urology practice
Hospital Duties & Responsibilities:
- See new and follow-up patients and provide problem-oriented intervention for their urological conditions
- Assist in care, treatment, and follow-up as needed
- Perform and/or assist in procedures such as transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) volume studies, cystoscopies, post-void residual (PVRs) evals, difficult catheterizations, post-op voiding trails, and other necessary procedures
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Master of Science from an accredited PA or NP program
- Current valid state medical license
- DEA/DPS license
- Previous urology experience is a plus but not required
