Summit Rehabilitation Associates is a privately owned practice in the greater Spokane area with a history of providing comprehensive physical and occupation therapy. We operate in five well-equipped Physical and Occupational Therapy clinics with highly trained and friendly professionals offering a complete range of rehabilitation services.
Summit Rehab is currently seeking a Patient Coordinator at our Airway Heights clinic. The Patient Coordinator will assist clients and patients while providing support to all staff therapists and support staff. We are seeking an individual with a welcoming and outgoing personality who is able to work independently with great attention to detail and the ability to handle a fast-paced office. This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM.
Job Duties:
- Greet and assist all clients and patients in a positive and friendly manner
- Collect co-insurance payments and all fee’s proctored
- Answer multi-phone lines, check voice mails and respond to all inquiries (via email, phone, or in-person) in a timely manner
- Maintain patient schedules
- Complete data entry tasks including, faxing, scanning, excel data entry, etc.
- Assist therapists with taking new patient vitals as well as any modality set ups or special requests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of facility including laundry, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Complete clinic opening and closing tasks

Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills required. Candidate must posses a welcoming and outgoing personality
- Front office, PT clinic, or other medical office experience preferred but not required
- Excellent typing skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (experience with EMR systems preferred but not required)
- Experience with heavy phone volume
- Must be punctual and reliable
