Construction Logistics and Facilities Supervisor

Do you work in construction or building maintenance or have knowledge and experience in construction, building maintenance or restoration? Do you thrive on collaborative teamwork?

Summit Restoration and Construction, LLC is looking to fill the position of Warehouse and Facility Supervisor. A good candidate for this position has construction experience, is proactive, and can think outside the box.

This is a key position in the success of our production department and overall building operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Help source unique or hard-to-find construction materials and/or vendors
• Maintain organization and appropriate stock items within the warehouse
• Ensure the facility follows health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Helping project managers plan work and ensuring the construction team is aware of logistics activities  
• Managing orders and deliveries: Ensuring construction materials are ordered and delivered on time
•  Supplier and subcontractor relations. Help us grow our network so the Project Managers have a pool of resources to produce projects within timeline and budget requirements.
• Emergency services liaison – ensure emergency services trailers are stocked and ready to always go
• Manage tool tracking and accountability program
• Fleet Management and Maintenance – You will have a company vehicle to use during the day.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
• Risk management: Having contingency plans and being able to manage changes to the project's timeline or scope  
• Preventive maintenance: Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to reduce costs and increase energy efficiency

· You are not afraid to talk to people at supply houses, retail locations, etc to help procure additional subcontractors and suppliers.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

· Have a good understanding of supply chain procedures

· Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills

· You have a clean driving record and background screen

· Hard worker, look for ways to help the team succeed.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401K with match, and earned PTO and sick time. Pay ranges from $50-60,000 salary and is based on experience.
