Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Sales Director to oversee, develop, and lead our residential sales force. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and is passionate about team building, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of residential sales consultants
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth goals
- Ensure accountability, motivation, and performance metrics are met across the team
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the customer journey
- Track KPIs, maintain CRM accuracy, and report to executive leadership
- Conduct regular team meetings, field training, and performance reviews
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of roofing products, services, financing, and insurance claims process
- Represent Summit Roofing’s values and reputation in every customer interaction
- 3 years of experience in residential roofing sales or a similar home services industry
- Proven leadership and team-building experience
- Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
- Proficient with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed sales targets
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to work occasional weekends and attend community events
- Base salary structured, performance-based commission
