In order to keep everyone working we do travel for work. We cover the state of Montana and the pan handle of Idaho. We only travel durring the week and come home every weekend. There is no extended travel required.
Our company is seeking a Supervisor with a background in commercial low slope single ply roofing who thrives in a busy and hectic environment, is a motivated self-starter, and has strong analytical and negotiation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing jobsites, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget, supervising and training employees within the construction industry and maintaining good relationships with our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Train new employees.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team.
- Have exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC
- Have some computer skills.
- Be able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Be knowledgeable of safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and environmental laws.
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.74 - $36.00 per hour
