- Manage and oversee roofing projects from start to finish on both residential and commercial roofs
- Communicate with homeowners, building owners, and property managers about updates throughout the project
- Communicate with labor crews, inspectors, and every party involved to ensure a smooth project
- Document everything in CRM software and CompanyCam photo app.
- Roofing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable on steep and low slope roofs
- Must be able to multi-task and be a go-getter. Multiple projects could be going on at once.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Quality, transparency, and integrity must be at the forefront of everything you do
- Must take pride in work
- Great communication skills
