As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, entrepnuers, athletic-minded individuals to join our Wireless Service Representative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with customers while representing one of the nation’s leading telecommunications brands.
Wireless Service Representative Responsibilities:
✔ Create an exceptional customer experience by bringing wireless services and convenience to them.
✔ Work with customers to promote and sell AT&T products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience in.
✔Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in residential communities, explain product benefits, and close sales confidently.
✔ Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, inquiries, and resolving concerns.
✔ Stay up to date with AT&T product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to customers.
✔ Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Wireless Service Representative Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Experience in customer service, sales, technology, telecommunications, or other
customer-focused roles is a plus.
✔ Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
✔ Self-motivated and eager to enhance skills professionally.
✔ Friendly, people-oriented attitude with a naturally positive demeanor.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per week
