Duties include answering phones and directing callers, greeting and directing visitors, compiling the calendar, overseeing office equipment and related supplies, distributing mail, contacting parents as needed, managing absences, assisting with supervising students in office and lunchroom, preparing mailings.
Responsible for the maintenance of the general ledger and other financial records, reconciles various accounts, coordinates with District level fiscal services. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
