What are the responsibilities and job description for the IB and Authentic Learning TOSA - 2 Year position at Summit School District?
The primary responsibility of the position is to
provide program implementation research, identification and implementation
support and guidance across the district and individual schools. Additionally,
it is to help teachers analyze their teaching behaviors to increase student performance
in the program. The position will work with building principals, leadership
teams and teachers and will facilitate the process for adopting, implementing
and monitoring a PRE-K-12 district program plan including assessment,
instruction professional development, and program evaluation. The position will
be expected to be current in instructional strategies and model and coach
teachers in program strategies.
