Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team in the beautiful mountains of Summit County, Colorado! Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Provide counseling services to students dealing with academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Manage cases involving students with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Create safety plans for students at risk of self-harm or harm to others.
- Document medical records and maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.
- Facilitate conflict management strategies among students to promote positive interactions.
- Collaborate with families to provide child family counseling as needed.
- Participate in crisis management efforts within the school environment.
