environment. This particular role is looking to hire someone that can walk and
round the building and be on alert for any and all potential fire risks. For us it is about working with people who

At a Watermark Memory Care neighborhood, our care associates are lovingly referred to as “NAYAS”. The term Naya means Guide, Person of Wisdom, and Leader. We are recruiting for the special Naya’s that LOVE our residents with dementia and promote tranquility with gentle persuasion. Do you see yourself as someone with more to give?

- 1-year experience as a care giver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
